Superflock Liquid

This flocculant binds small suspended particles in the water which can then be filtered. These particles get trapped in the sand filter and can be removed during backwashing. The use of flocculants is not suitable for filtration with cartridge filter systems or filter balls.

Application:

• To achieve optimum results, the pH value of the water should be between 7.0 and 7.4.
• The flocculant is only effective during the filtering process if it is added to the inlet and not added directly to the pool.
• If it is added via a dosing pump, at least 0.15 ml per m³ of circulated pool water should be used.
• For addition via the skimmer to enhance the sand filter, 100-200 ml of Superflock liquid per 10 m³ of pool water should be slowly poured into the skimmer while the circulation pump is running. Switch off the circulation pump immediately thereafter for about 15 minutes to allow the flocculation layer to form. Next, turn the filter back on and run it until the turbidity disappears. If the turbidity has not completely disappeared at this point, backwash the filter and repeat the application.
