Description

Flocculation Cartridge

Flocculants bind small particles in the pool water to form larger flakes. This allows the contaminants to be filtered through your system. The contaminants are then removed from the system during the next backwashing process. Flocculants must not be used with cartridge filter systems.

Depending on the pool size, 1-2 cartridges are required per week. Flocculants should never be introduced directly into the tank. Put the cartridges either in the skimmer or in the pre-filter of the pump. For an ideal result, the pH of the water must be between 7.0 - 7.4.
